The law firm of Warren & Kallianos is pleased to announce that we recently settled a drunk driving case for $2,500,000.00 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.  Our client suffered severe head and orthopedic injuries when he was struck in a crosswalk in downtown Charlotte by a 19 year old driver who had been drinking all evening.  The driver fled the scene and was later apprehended by CMPD.  The parties agreed to a confidential settlement at mediation.
